Cancellation and Rescheduling

The approved launch draft provides free cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours before service. Within 24 hours, a charge of up to half the service may apply; same-day no-access or customer no-show may result in a charge up to the full service amount.

Any fee must be applied consistently with the final published policy, booking agreement, payment authorization, and applicable law. Production wording requires review before launch.
